Smokers know a lot about puffing but electronic cigarette fans knows a lot about vaping. While the word puffing is used to describe the act of emitting smoke from the mouth, vaping is defined as the act of exhaling vapor from an electronic cigarette which contains e-juice that is atomized or heated to be vaporized and inhaled.

Electronic cigarette has been around for several years now. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed for consumption by minors. Only adults are given the permission to use them. Although it is not very harmful, smoking it in public places where smoking is now banned is still being discussed. There are rumors however that it will soon be allowed. Smokers can use it also in pubs, nightclubs and other house where smoking is banned.
Is e-juice harmful to the body? In details, the chemicals that make up e-juice or e-liquid are propylene glycol, water, flavorings, and nicotine (in different concentrations from 0-18mg). Based on tests, although there traces of several carcinogens found in the e-juice, the magnitude of the damage it may cause compared to the real tobacco can be classified as too low.
Switching to electronic cigarette is not hard. Smokers who are anxious of the withdrawal stage do not have to worry because the e-juice still has nicotine to cut one’s craving minus the bad smell. It also simulates the taste of real smoke with additional flavor. Several consumers find some e-juices falling below expectations. Sometimes, they feel the wanting to return to real tobacco because of the mistake of buying pre-filled cartridges. This is the reason why electronic cigarette users prefer to mix their own e-juices as more than anyone else, they are the ones who know the right hit in their throats.
All in all, replacing your real tobacco smoke with electronic cigarette is probably the smartest move to healthy living if you cannot completely quit.
